Depends where you look. Thirst, Save the Green Planet!, Machine Girl, Tokyo Gore Police, The Host, The Eye, Memento Mori, A Tale of Two Sisters; the east has earnt its good reputation for horror this past decade and I still haven't caught up with my list. Also, Hint.
