I took chicken, seasoned it with multiple things, wrapped it in baken, put some bbq sauce on there, and threw it in the oven. Then, pulled them out, put them on a frying pan for a minute and then devoured them. Delicious.

I don't know what I'd call them, but this is what I had: Take some portobello mushrooms, cut the stalks off, cook them in a frying pan with some butter until they are soft all the way through. Preheat your stove to about 350-400° while doing this. Place the mushroom caps upside down on a cooking sheet. Put some sauce on top. Put some mozzarella on top. Place in the oven until the cheese is melted. Enjoy.

Cheesy mushrooms/mushrooms grilled with cheese?  Sounds good. I was shattered, so I just got a takeaway. Lamb dansak! Unfortunately i cut my mouth on a piece of aniseed pod
