Went to the DC area (Silver Spring, MD to be exact) over the weekend to meet estranged family for the first time. It was cool. Also, Immanu El is an awesome band.

I really like it. Tagged you in a photo for it.
In other news, I am seeing Blacktusk and Black Cobra (two awesome sludge bands) in a coffee shop a few minutes from my house this friday.
Oh, also. The movie The Men Who Stare at Goats was pretty good.

I just got back from Transiberian Orchestra. I would rate the show between 90 - 99, I haven't determined how much the one song sucked, one of those songs where people clap 3 or 4 times because they think it is over, and it SHOULD be over.
Asides from that absolutely awesome show, special effects and the music were awesome, I wasn't sure about the show based on the youtube clips, but the videos on youtube do the show no justice. The female vocalist does this one vocal piece that I can't even begin to describe.
Summary: That show kicked ass, cheesy at times, but a good cheese.

Emo/scene pictures in the beginning, vocalist begins screaming "blaa blaa blaaaa!!!", vocalist starts growling, I pause the video and make this comment and now I'm writing about what I'm writing about etc.
Shit I think i just divided by zero.
